Description
Narcissi form a genus in the family of Amaryllis plants. They were originally native to southern Europe. The name narcissus is from the Greek word, which means "stun". In the well-known legend of Narcissus, the flower stands for self-love. Meanwhile, there are several wild and hybrid species, the daffodil (yellow daffodil) is one of the best-known species of the genus. Daffodils range from white to orange in color. Daffodils bloom from March until about May and are easy to care for and durable. The smaller varieties can be successfully planted in flower boxes and pots. They are perfect as a spring decoration.
