Description

This old and almost forgotten root vegetable delights with its sweet, aromatic taste and is prepared in a similar way to asparagus. It forms roots around 30cm long.

Our tips:

Cultivated and used in a similar way to black salsify
When sowing, make sure that the rod-shaped seeds do not break
A marking seed is recommended
Requires a loose, strong, humus-rich soil
Make sure that the soil is loose so the roots can branch out easily
