This high-quality sprouting jar is perfect for growing sprouts on a windowsill all year round. It is easy to use and is suitable even for children - the perfect way for them to grow their first sprouts!

Instructions:

1.) Soaking: Place 1-1.5 tablespoons of seeds in the jar and fill it up with water. Shake so the seeds get thoroughly wet. Pour the water out through the sieve and fill the jar with water again. Leave it overnight (for around 10 hours) to allow the seeds to swell.

2.) Germination: Pour out the water after 10 hours. Fill the jar with water again, shake it well with the seeds and pour out the water again. Now place the jar at an angle on the holder, such that excess water can drain away and air can circulate freely. Carry out this rinsing procedure twice a day.

3.) Harvest: Harvest after 4-6 days, depending on the variety. The flavour becomes milder the longer the sprouts grow.
