Description
This variety has leaves that can be served like lettuce or spinach and is suitable for early and autumn cultivation. While younger leaves have a pleasantly mild, nutty taste, older leaves have a subtle spiciness.
Tips:
- Thin out seedlings soon after germination
- Harvest the leaves about 6 weeks after sowing
- For larger leaves, remove the petiole before serving
