Kiepenkerl Sunflower "Merida Bicolor"

This low, modern variety is pollen free. The very decorative, large golden yellow flowers with red rings and have a clean, dark brown center. The ca. 40 cm tall plants are abundantly branched and therefore flourish after the main flowering with numerous side flowers. They fit well in flower beds, and can be used as a stopgap between perennials and can be planted in containers on terraces and balconies. The showy flowers also work well for small bouquets and decorations. Their flowering period is from July to October.
