Description
The sweet, aromatic seeds taste a little like anise. Tarragon adds a special flavour to fish and meat dishes and salads as well as mayonnaise, herb vinegar and much more. It grows well in both pots and in the garden and is highly resistant to disease.
Tips:
- Light germinator - do not cover seeds with soil but press them down lightly
- Transplant outdoors from May
- Cut back in autumn
- Cover with a light layer of mulch for protection in winter
- Leaves and shoot tips can be used
