This outdoor variety grows quickly and forms tender, medium-sized tubers can be enjoyed fresh or frozen. If the kohlrabi is covered with foil, it can be harvested earlier.

Our tip:

• sow the kohlrabi in nutrient-rich soil, fertilise it several times and water it regularly so that it does not start to bolt. Make sure you rotate the crop every year, it should not be planted in the same soil back to back.
