Description

Smoked beechwood chunks provide a particularly intense smoke aroma and are therefore very popular for meat such as beef, pork, poultry, lamb and game. Untreated wood from forests in the Vulkanland region of Styria is used to make these chunks.

How to use: Soak the chunks in water for at least 30 minutes before use. Drain the water and spread them directly on hot charcoal. In a gas grill, place the chunks on the grill grate.
