Description
These sprouting seeds taste wonderfully delicate and sweet, and can be added to numerous dishes such as soups and salads. They stay particularly crunchy if they are blanched just before consumption.
Our tips:
- Rinse seeds thoroughly with clean water before sowing
- Soak seeds for 10 hours before sowing for faster germination
- Germination temperature: 18 to 22°C
- Spread the seeds evenly and water two to three times a day
- A bright location promotes germination and growth
