Kiepenkerl Oregano "Kreta"

Greek oregano is very aromatic and is an indispensable ingredient in many Mediterranean recipes. The leaves can be used both fresh and dried while its fragrant white flowers are a magnet for beneficial insects.

Tips:

• Light germinator - do not cover the seeds with soil, just press them down lightly
• After germination, transplant 4 to 5 seedlings per pot and continue growing in a slightly cooler place
• Transplant outdoors from May
• For drying the leaves, harvest the leaves when the plant is in full bloom
• Cut the plant back in autumn and cover with mulch
